Called Franco Belli to investigate a water leak for me. They set the bar very high for contractors in Brooklyn. They're responsive, organized, communicate extremely well and obviously know their craft. I highly recommend these folks; don't waste your time with other plumbers. There's a reason Franco Belli has a great reputation and has been doing this a while. I also personally know them from other commercial projects they have completed, so they are flat out great at what they do! Thanks guys.

Can't say enough great things about this team. Called them on a Friday in December around noon saying my toilet was leaking; they had someone at my apartment within the hour. Told me the cost up front ($195/hour + materials + tax). The guy showed up (masked - I didn't have to ask) - had the job done in an hour (and it wasnt' as easy as it looked as the toilet was 30 years old and HEAVY) -- and left the room clean and repaired. Got the bill via e-mail and we're done. Again, so happy to have competent, responsive, and reasonable plumbers in the neighborhood! Service: Toilet repair

Two plumbers arrived on time to work on our kitchen sink plumbing and replace the faucet. They were helpful, but the work took twice as long as they had estimated, then they tried to charge me for an additional hour. They also left the building’s washing machine waste line disconnected, so it would have flooded our basement if I hadn’t checked it after they left. Services: Faucet installation, Plumbing pipe repair
