Dyal was OK to deal with at the start. I liked him. I needed Gemini to do a cleaning on our ductless system, and one of the indoor receivers needed work because the louvers weren't moving anymore. The guys who came were very nice, and very pleasant. They hadn't been accurately informed of how big the job was, though, and after doing half told me they were done. I had to be like, ah, sorry, there's two more rooms to do. At the end, they left and the systems seemed cleaner. I was pretty pleased, although they said they weren't really able to fix the broken louvers. It had been hot, and I didn't really turn the A/C features off for a few days... But when I did, I realized that ALL the units now have broken louvers. It looks like there's a spring or something they moved while testing it, but I couldn't get them to go back. I contacted Dyal who said he'd send guys out in a few days. I took the day off work to wait for them and they didn't come. I asked Dyal what was up and he said they were

They repaired our split units very fast and for a reasonable price. It was great working with Gemini and their techs really knew what they were doing. We'll be using them for all of our HVAC needs.
