Great job. Under budget, cleaned up his mess, and made sure we were happy before leaving. Wonderful service! Did an excellent job and fairly priced. Awesome work, nice guy, and master craftsman. Thanks for making us a priority.
They would not give me an estimate by the phone and when they got here and hour later than we first agreed, they started working without discussing, only provided a temporary fix, and then stuck me with an extremely high and unfair price. I had to haggle down the price, and we agreed to get the job done a few days later. A few days later they ignored my messages and so I paid way too much for an incomplete job and a very bad experience on the human condition. This company has another version on Flatbush Ave, so be careful with them, too.
The customer service was very good. The phone operator was pleasant to talk to and the technician was very friendly. The work was also done satisfactorily. There is nothing to complain about this company!
