I hired Mr. Khan to do some exterior work to my 100+ yr old brownstone. The exterior had tons of holes and cracks in the wall/bricks causing moisture to seep into the house, damaging the interior walls. Khan explained all that needed to be done and addressed all questions I had. The work was excellently done. They arrived early in the mornings to start the job and completed the repairs earlier than I expected. I will definitely be using his services for other jobs in my house as well as recommend him to family and friends.

I needed a licensed contractor for basement repairs after Hurricane Ida for a FEMA appeal claim. I contacted Khan and he agreed to give me a written estimate to submit with my claim. After nearly 6 months of back and forth with FEMA I was finally given a small award that couldn't cover the cost of repairs. However, because of Khan's demeanor and kind disposition, I asked if he could complete a bigger job (backyard renovation and exterior restoration) as well which he did. ​​ "I just completed major work on my Brooklyn home with Khan Home Improvement. The owner responded immediately to my call for a free estimate. The scope of work was to grind out the entire facade on my 100 year old brick home located in Brooklyn without damaging the actual brick and to point using a close match to the original mortar that was used as not to change the look of my home. A lot of the mortar was already gone and some of the brick was loose and if it didn't get done immediately I may have lost a wall of my home. The original estimate was slightly higher than what I had calculated and construction estimating is part of what I have been doing for over 30 years. After a little haggling Khan and I agreed on a fair price and the scope of work. Khan Home Improvement started work on Friday, worked on Sunday at my request, completed the job on Wednesday (2 days ahead of schedule) and I was truly amazed that it looked like the home had just been built... it was like new again.
