I hate to complain about anyone but these people are not professional and it may be a scam. When I first called, I spoke with a man named Jaime. He gave me their price ($99.00) for the service call but I told him I would call back because I am not the owner of the house and I did. This time I spoke to a man named Phil. He took my order and sent someone over to trouble shoot our heating problem about two hours later. The man came and managed to turn the boiler on and told us what he thought was wrong with the unit and took a picture of the alleged faulty part and promised to put the order in for us to have it replaced and installed. He charged us the $99.00 I was quoted and said that his office will send a receipt to the email address I gave them in 15 minutes, it never came. I called him back since I had his number and he said he gave them the money and the order for the part and the service request, but I got no email or call back! I called again and this time spoke with a guy named

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions regarding installing new heating and air system.Jerry and team cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system worked in detail. Very glad to have the new system and can't say nothing but good things regarding the whole process. Excellent company to work with.
