Our HVAC unit was completely taken out by the winter storm that hit NYC on January 28, 2022. Mazgan came the next day to assess the situation (during the storm). Mazgan had to dig deep for this one. The manufacturer of the broken unit (Sanyo) was no longer in business, as it was purchased by Panasonic, and Panasonic no longer supported it. And while Panasonic did have recommended replacement units, they were not for sale in the US. Mazgan figured all of this out and was able to procure the replacement units and deliver to the US. Mazgan then handled the difficult process of removing the roof and ceiling units from our apartment and installing the new units, which was no easy job given the limited amount of space and complicated ducting.
