Highly recommend Mazgan and their tech Luis for HVAC maintenance. When I called and heard the maintenance price I hesitated thinking it was too expensive. But after the service I assure you it is worth it. I don't mind paying for quality. Luis was professional, he answered my questions and looked thoroughly at my a/c system. He recommended where cleaning was most important and took his time to do a thorough job. My 10-year old a/c unit looks brand new! and blows colder and better smelling air!! We are very glad to have Mazgan technicians repair our Fujitsu ductless AC system. Mark was very patient in explaining the repair process and the potential costs. Repairing ductless AC is costly, but at least I was made aware of that at the beginning. We would like to give high credits to Yakov Who did an excellent repair job. He was very nice and highly professional. I don't think their receptionist does a good job though, so be prepared for some rescheduling.
