With four other companies unable to meet my needs, I had almost resigned myself to being without a functioning furnace. However, George from Park Slope Plumbing and Heating did the impossible: he provided me with an appointment on short notice and went above and beyond expectations when addressing the issue - not only fixing it but also making adjustments for peak efficiency! On top of that, his rates were fair and transparent; best of all was how much knowledge about furnaces I gained in one afternoon! Truly excellent service.

We had a severe main drain back up and had other plumbing companies try to clear the clog, they did but couple of days later we had back up again, so my neighbor recommended Park Slope Plumbing, I called them and George dispatched Matt to us, guaranteeing us that they will solve the probe, George went on to explain their process, which consisted of a camera inspection of the drain to see what was causing the blockage. So, Matt showed up earlier than scheduled, he ran the camera and discovered major root issues, he spent over 2 hours breaking up the roots with his snake and when he finished the drain was as clean as a brand new pipe.
