Fred is excellent. I called about a leak in a skylight. The company responded quickly. I emailed photos, and he helped me understand the issue and told me how to fix the problem myself, saving my hundreds of dollars. He seemed very trustworthy and I know who to call in the future.

I had to file a harassment police report about Anthony the VP of this company. Both brothers threatened me. They are a 'churn and burn' operation, wanting to just quickly throw another layer on your roof. NYC building code only permits 3. But they don't care. If you question them they will threaten you. If you have a brownstone/town house, odds are your roof should be removed and installed correctly. Demand that the contractor take a sample (cut a plug) so you can see what is going on. first picture is a plug, second is to demonstrate what kind of situation these guys say it is okay to roof over....
