I requested that Premium Home Service App clean my air vents. The issue was not resolved the first time they came out, but after I called to let them know that I was still having issues, they sent a technician out this past Sunday as a courtesy. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what he did to resolve it. Excellent customer service is always deserving of a five-star rating.

Unreal ability to get my car starting regardless of the difficulty two other locksmiths could not do. They were dumbfounded I enquired about several city tickets and almost got towed with storage fees $$$$I had paid two guys for nothing prior to his arrival.
