All I can say is it’s strange to see all 5 stars for EVERY review.That smells. I overlooked that and all I can say is hire a lawyer and have them review the contract before signing anything This guy gives the work out and has no employees! Get multiple estimates and if you unfortunately hire this contractor make sure no money exchanges prior to your attorney reviewing and approving the contract. Good luck. Definitely 5 stars. Delivers what they promise at a fair price. Very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how they will do it. They take video before, during, and after the job and keep me in the loop throughout. I’ve used them in the past for commercial property projects and they provided excellent work and excellent communication. But what prompted me to write this review is the latest job they did for me on a residential rental. Other companies insisted that I need to replace the roof but Alan saved me thousands by making some repairs for a fraction of the price and bought me a few years. Problem solved and I’m so grateful! We have 185K Square foot building in New Jersey with a roof that had leaks in 20 different places. After being told by many that our roof was beyond repair we were referred to Alan by a friend. Alan came over to our building and went above and beyond! He was able to successfully fix all the leaks we had in our roof and continues to support us with our needs for repairing and maintaining our roof. Aside from his professional repair work he also replaced and installed new gutters on our building that he was able to get to match our current siding!
