Service being requested: roof repairs quote. Given the many positive reviews, I decided to call the number on their website for a quote. The man asked me to text him the address and that someone will contact me to setup an appointment. No one ever contacted me while I know that they read the message. I requested a quote using the Google form for which I received a confirmation of my request but no answer. A few days later I called again, no response. Called last week again and the person said he has my information already and someone will call me right away. Guess what, no one ever called. If I could have a negative review for this business then I would. Very unprofessional. Response to response from the owner: Why do business have to lie. I called multiple times and the call was clearly received as I was told that someone else will have to call me back to schedule the appointment for the estimate but that someone else never care to call back. We had high hopes because of the reviews and have been so disappointed. He replied immediately and seemed promising and then let us down again and again. Wasted our time and delayed the project. We do not recommend using this service.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mohammad and his team. Mohammed's professionalism far exceeded our expectations! He responded quickly to our request for an estimate, moved things around to meet with us even though his schedule was extremely busy and gave us a fair price. He provided personal oversight on the day of and his team worked well to complete the job in one day (replacing roof drains and gutters). The team also patched areas of our roof that were compromised and Mohammad made sure to bring those areas and others that we should be aware of, to our attention.
