Chad is an absolute mensch. On one of the hottest evenings this summer our HVAC gave out completely, and he came at a moment’s notice at nearly midnight, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, and walked us through exactly what had gone wrong. I was prepared for a huge bill, as the last company I had used for emergency service charged me an insane sum just to walk in the door. Chad charged me regular scheduled visit pricing.
