First off, I have to say United came highly recommended to my husband and I by a good friend. I usually don’t write reviews but I know how hard it is to find a reliable and honest contractor. I spent my time doing my research before going with United. I had 5 contractors come out to give me estimates but most of them were a little shady, high price, low priced or not professional. United is the exact opposite. They gave us a fair price (a little on the higher side, but you get what you pay for), they were honest, clean edged, organized and when it came time to the install they followed through on all their promises and were very detail oriented. We now recommend them to all of our friends and family.

United fixed our roof when we had a leak in our house. James came out with a drone to send up to take pictures of the roof. The staff kept in touch with me, sent all documents and an estimate of the cost for the work. They made it all very convenient and easy for me. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The guys that did the roof work did an excellent job and went above and beyond in the quality of their work. They also emailed me photos of the completed work. I am very satisfied with United, would use them again and would recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

I manage a number of my parents properties in Queens. We had a contractor that we trusted but he is now retired, closed his business and is living in Miami.
