My wife and I felt that dealing with United was a refreshing experience. Their workers were friendly, attentive and responsive to our questions and requests when they were replacing our flat roof in Fresh Meadows. When they were up on the roof they discovered there was a hole by the gutter on the siding where squirrels were coming in and out. Luckily they got the squirrels out and sealed it up for us. They go above and beyond and we are very appreciative.

I manage a number of my parents properties in Queens. We had a contractor that we trusted but he is now retired, closed his business and is living in Miami. My house has been in the family for 2 generations. After my mother passed, I inherited the house along with all of the repairs that had to be made. I had a big project to undertake and I'm on my own.
