My family and I were in search for someone to assemble a gazebo for our yard. I sent out a recommendation on the WNY bulliten on Facebook. I received a reply from Stephen that Ace Handyman can assist me with assemblying our gazebo. I reached out, received a qoute, provided a deposit, and was schedule for a two man crew to assesmble. On the day of my scheduled assembley day the men were able to partially assmble , but due the change in weather the men had to stop and I was then reschedule to complete the project. Upon my second appointment the handymen Oudit and Mohan a father and son dual arrived and they were polite, professional, and were receptive to completing project. My family and I are were very appreciative and happy with our finished project. Thank you Ace Handyman for your assistance and a piece of mind.

We were looking for shelves to be hung up. The work provided was excellent! Very professional and friendly service members that came out to hang the shelves. Only issue would be the communication from admin on not explaining the hourly fee would be per technician sent out. It’s not a general hourly rate. The company honored was originally mentioned to me while making the reservation, I just feel bad for the two service members who worked on the job. Hopefully it was rectified by the company. But definitely would recommend for work!
