I recently had a complete tear off on my house & garage. To say that I am happy with everything from start to finish is an understatement. Black Rock was referred to me by a co-worker but I also did my research with other competitors. I chose to go with Black Rock because Mark had physically went up on my roof(on a windy day ;) examined what had to be done, what was wrong and how many layers I actually had. Mark was very down to earth, easy to communicate with and went over any questions I had. His crew had started to set up and get things ready to go by 8am. I believe there were about8-10 guys and let me tell you every single person knew what job to do, kept on track of getting things done all like a well oiled machine. The job was completed and the yard was cleaned up by 3pm. My neighbors had noticed and complimented the work as well! They said they would never had guessed people were there doing my roof. My experience with Black Rock Roofing was excellent from start to finish. My estimator Mark was professional and informative . The price was fair and I’m extremely happy with the work . The crew did my entire roof in one day ! I was shocked at how quickly everything went and how thorough cleanup was . I would recommend this company 10/10 !
