Every person we worked with at Dalex from our first meeting to the last day of work at our home was professional, caring, honest, and responsive. They took photos and video of anything that needed to be done above and beyond what was in our original contract. They cared enough to make sure the job was done correctly and they used quality products. The workers were phenomenal. They showed up on time and worked very hard. We were impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job was finished. I highly recommend the Dalex team. We hired Dalex roofing to do a complete roof tear off. We also replaced skylights and gutters. From the very first interaction to the last, the company was extremely professional. I appreciated their attention to detail in the estimating process. The bid was reasonable and I selected Dalex over lower cost bids because I felt the quality of the job would be the best. Roofing is not an area you want to cut corners on—hopefully you only do this project once every 25-30 years! They use high quality name brand products and the crew is AMAZING!!! It was a big job and it was done within 4 days! They came each morning at 7:30a and stayed until 7-8p after cleaning everything up every day! Dalex did an excellent job on our tearoff and replacement. The salesman was good to work with. They showed up on time, put up tarps to protect house and landscape, and made sure everything was covered the first night in case of rain, which it did. They removed siding so they could run the ice shield up the walls before the flashing and did a good cleanup.
