Very impressed with Hertel Hardware & Plumbing. The main line in my basement was clogged (super gross) and they were able to send a team out right away. Jordan and Derrick were timely, professional and were able to fix the problem right away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality plumbing services. We live in an older Buffalo home that has occasional issues with plumbing. We always call Hertel Plumbing and they always solve the problem. The employees are outstanding and the "plumbers" are very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue!
Highly suggest Hertel Plumbing. Very professional and reasonable. Great customer service answering all of my questions and responsive. Jordan & Aiden did a fantastic job respecting my home and taking care of my issues in a timely manner. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you again!
