He gave a detailed description of what needed to be done, and performed the work punctually, neatly, and professionally. Both he and his associate Steve were very polite and personable. We started noticing some small water damage on our living room ceiling. After investigating, we found the connection to our tub drain on the second floor was not done to code after our bathroom remodel. Rob from Shotwell came out to look at our issue and was able to quickly provide an emailed estimate. Scheduling was fast and I appreciated the text alerts when he was on his way. He and his assistant completed the work quickly, replaced the tub plug, sealed the fixtures and cleaned everything up thoroughly.
