I saw in someone's basement that Shotwell Plumbing had replaced the water heater. Something you rarely see is the actual correct way of installing csst (corrugated stainless steel tubing), but their installation was perfect. Additionally, they wrote on the water heater the installation date and the company name and phone number, plus their company sticker. If they pay that much attention to the small details, then I'm sure the bigger details will be handled with the same professionalism.

Steve came on time and immediately got my old toilet out and replaced it with a new one. He worked quickly and checked it for leaks. It looks beautiful and I am so very pleased with the work Steve performed. Service: Toilet installation
