Dave is AWESOME! My furnace went out 2 days before the major snow storm and he came RIGHT out that evening! Once it was determined that I needed to replace the furnace, Dave made room on his schedule to get it installed BEFORE the snow storm hit! He is VERY professional and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called so many other companies so my ac can get maintenance everyone was booked and charging a fee to come out without servicing the system. So I called the cool factory the guy came out within a hour from my phone call serviced my problem within 10 minutes and the job was perfectly done and back working. I highly recommend this company and would call again if I had any other issues!
