I was so disappointed when our year old air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening. I called the emergency 24/7 service. A tech coming out after hours would cost extra, so I deferred to this morning. A Zenner and Ritter phone rep called promptly first thing. She couldn’t commit to a tech coming over today. I expressed my desire that it be repaired ASAP. I was delighted when I received a text within a half-hour that Jeremy was on his way. We dealt with Jeremy last year when we had an issue with our new air conditioner. He is top-notch! He quickly diagnosed this latest problem. It wasn’t the air conditioner at all but a faulty pump that we had installed with a new humidifier three months ago. The pump simply stopped working, and a fail safe was triggered to avoid water leaking onto our basement floor. So, that shut down the whole AC system. In any event, Jeremy switched out the pump.
