We noticed a clog in our pipes on a Saturday night and couldn't use water. John picked up our call right away and talked us through diagnosing the issue as well as a temporary workaround. He and Jason were able to come out first thing Sunday morning -- in an ice storm! -- to fix the problem. Super knowledgeable and great guys to talk with during the process. Plus, the fix we needed was a fraction of the cost we expected and only took about an hour despite the weather. Excellent service in every way. They've got new customers for life.

After having a poor experience with a different septic company, I called Hahn’s Septic to explain my situation and see if they would be able to help me. The woman I talked to first at the office was wonderful, she listened to my situation and answered all of my questions. She told me that she would pass the information along and have someone get back to me. Within an hour she had called me back and left me a message with a tech’s name and phone number. I was able to talk to the tech that day, and when I explained my situation he assured me that they would be able to make it right. By the end of the day I knew exactly how the problem would be fixed, and that they would be out to my house the next afternoon. Upon arrival, they got right to work and my problem was fixed within an hour. I would highly recommend Hahn’s Septic to anyone who is looking to hire a reliable and professional company.
