Like many others we have had the unfortunate experience of having our hot water heater unexpectedly break. I called Chris (after reading very positive reviews on NextDoor) and he called me back within 2 minutes! He let me know they had several other hot water heaters to replace (apparently with everyone at home these older hot water heaters have been breaking down left and right) but that he would swing by that day to check it out. He stopped by a few hours later (calling to let me know when he was on his way which I really appreciated!). Chris had on a mask and practiced social distancing while checking it out and letting me know the issues with it. He explained the process of removing it and installing a new one. When I asked about the more expensive on demand hot water heater option, he was very honest about the facts and situations where it would be more appropriate. Chris and Matt replaced a water heater for me. Communication was great regarding cost, arrival time, etc. The quality of the work was excellent. Chris and his brother were great to work with! Chris got back to me quickly, was direct and clear with his estimate, and addressed the issue as soon as he was able. He was responsive, reasonable, kind, and honest. They did quality work, with a quick turnaround, and they didn’t try to oversell or take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. They left the space clean and as they found it, despite having to do some pretty elaborate/messy work. Highly recommend!
