The pros is that they are responsive. The part that's questionable is that you can't get a price breakdown from them and certain things don't add up. Service, labor parts etc. How do you have a 3 hr visit with doing wiring in the wall to a 30 min visit of swapping out couple fuses and cleaning the bar go from 275 to 325 and the 2nd visit costing more? That is supposedly with a discount. When I asked for a break down of costs I get ignored. A good friend of mine goes by a rule of 3 and that is getting quotes from different electricians. When speaking with who did the original work on the house I was able to get prices and unfortunately they are no longer in the area. I would say shop around and make sure you're not getting taken advantage of by this company. A breaker went bad in my electrical panel and I needed someone to come right away to take a look because I feared it was a fire hazard. I called a few places around town but Lighthouse got back to me right away and arranged to come later that afternoon. They cane pretty soon after my call and were able to repair the issue quickly and were very thorough in checking that there weren't any other issues.
