Company is a joke if they said they'll repair your ceiling and give you an estimate and send me an invoice with cost. Estimator never called me back to set a date and I called again and he said he'll see if his workers can do weekends then never called back on that either. So I called company line to transfer message and another week later never got a call back from that. Over three weeks and I needed my ceiling repaired before I move put of state and NOTHING! I was willing to pay the rate and get it done but apparently my job wasn't good enough or they can fix my swirl style ceiling. Company lacks communication and rapid response to customer needs. Home Depot it is!!!

Just completed a total gut and restoration of our main bathroom. Excellent work, everyone involved was professional. Special thank you to Boyce, Don and Jim and his crew. What a pleasure to work with a contractor who does great work and provides excellent customer service as well. Ever had an experience with a contractor who will give you an estimate and never follow up? Or worse, will start a job and then not show up for a couple of weeks while they do something else? Not Boyce and his crew. They are considerate of the customer's time and schedule and, did I mention that they do great work?!?!?! I have more work to do and would hire these guys again without a second thought. He is usually booked pretty far in advance which is another indication that he has happy customers.
