Duane showed up About an hour early !! Which was awesome . Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem . He showed me how to Maintain the central air unit so it should not happen again. Very reasonable and upfront pricing . I will definitely use Prime heating again if needed and highly recommended them.

Our 25 year old central AC was on its last legs. I called over 7 companies and none returned my call. I understand that this is a very busy time of the year and the heat wave we have. But lousy customer service for not contacting me. The last one I called was Prim Heating and AC in Syracuse, NY. One of the owners, Duane, came to our house and inspected the unit, the air handler and the duct-work. He pointed out some of the failings of the installation. Then, he closed off a large open duct and actually put my box fan on top of the compressor facing upwards to assist the compressor fan to remove the heat. The AC fan turned faster and the heat escaping was huge. Our house cooled down just with those two things he did. He wrote up the estimate, the mileage charge (45 each way) and gave us a date for the new install. Very pleased. They showed up exactly on time , Duane leading his crew of three.
