Duane showed up About an hour early !! Which was awesome . Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem . He showed me how to Maintain the central air unit so it should not happen again. Very reasonable and upfront pricing . I will definitely use Prime heating again if needed and highly recommended them.

Duane beat competitors’ pricing and did all the things you’d want an installer to do-communicated well, showed up on time, worked incredibly hard the whole time he was here, cleaned up afterward and took the time to explain how to use the units. After the boiler was installed he came back to make an adjustment and everything he installed works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!! We had a hybrid setup installed, heat pump with gas furnace. These guys were top notch! Neal came out for the estimate, was very professional and gave an estimate that beat others by a _lot_. The installers were professional, had the install done in about 8 hours, and left the workplace spotless.
