Duane showed up About an hour early !! Which was awesome . Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem . He showed me how to Maintain the central air unit so it should not happen again. Very reasonable and upfront pricing . I will definitely use Prime heating again if needed and highly recommended them.

I can’t say enough good things about this business! Duane beat competitors’ pricing and did all the things you’d want an installer to do-communicated well, showed up on time, worked incredibly hard the whole time he was here, cleaned up afterward and took the time to explain how to use the units. After the boiler was installed he came back to make an adjustment and everything he installed works great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!! Really good people . Very quick response I had a gas leak that National Grid said was coming from my furnace and they checked and let me know there was no problem with it and didn't charge me as there was no problem. Definitely coming back to them for anything else I need
