Greg produced an impressive inspection report! The end product was a 78-page PDF with high-resolution photos (including drone shots) and commentary. (148 MB! It's too big to be a regular attachment. Don't forget download before the Mail Drop link expires in a month!) An example of attention to detail was noticing two lines running into a single breaker on a very dense breaker box. He really added value when I was looking to buy a house in an area with extremely limited supply. Greg's contracting background allowed him to provide ballpark estimates on time and cost for various remediations. That allowed me to confidently decide whether it was worth forging ahead or to walk away and hope that something in my price range came up later...
