Called and made an appointment. Called the day of to confirm. They confirmed with me, then waited 3 hours, then they called to cancel and give me an appointment 2 days later. I could've gotten 5 other plumbers during those 3 hours.
Pomonok Heating and Plumbing gave us a great price for the replacement and even upgraded it for free so we can also drink the water with no chemicals! Thanks so much Pomonok Heating and Plumbing. highly recommended!
