Harbor Point Energy Products LLC

I recently terminated service from Harbor Point Energy Products and had them pickup their tank with 350 gallons of propane. When I first setup service John told me that he did not charge for tank pickup. He charged me $150.00 for tank pickup. Of the 350 gallons, I paid $2.90 for 129 gallons and the rest of the 221 gallons, I paid $1.90 per gallon. John only refunded me $0.95 cents per gallon. I complained that this was not fair, and was told to view the terms of service. No where in the terms of service did I see any fixed charges stated. I am very upset with this companies practices. I guess a persons word is no longer considered as their bond.

Beware this company sent me $529 bill on top of $549 bill for heating gas. They said the bill is for "labor and material" to bring and hookuo their gas tanks directly to the house (not at a distance, so there is no real labor involved of Excavating the ground, etc.). Most companies in the area (if not all) deliver and hookup their propain gas tanks free of charge, that's how they get customers for life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you don't want to be getting bill after bill.

RUN from this company. One of the houses I rented from had suggested this place because they were offering a special price for propane. I lived there for a year, I had the tanks removed because I was moving they charge me $150 removal fee I paid $3.95 for my propane and they only gave me a dollar $1!! Horrible customer service do yourself a favor and go to Norton gas in Edminston New York!! They don’t charge to remove tanks
