John, got to my house very quickly on a hot day. The split A/C's in 2 of my children's rooms were not working. He quickly recharged the system and got the AC's working again so everyone could sleep comfortably. A real life saver. While he was working at my house he also took a look at a split AC unit at my in law's house, 2 houses away on the same block. He found a leak and made the repair. Just purchased a 24,000 btu air conditioner to replace my old one. John gave me a quote over the phone and arranged an installation date. The workers called before arriving and were on time and courteous. They installed a new sleeve and air conditioner and removed the old one. He answered any questions we had and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. John, the owner, came by later to check the installation and provided us with our receipt.
