John was amazing, he showed compassion. He has such a passion for what he does. And he knows what he's doing. We bought 5 Freidrich units and had problems with the installation (not done by John). He came solved all our issues. A GREAT GUY!!! Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
John, got to my house very quickly on a hot day. The split A/C's in 2 of my children's rooms were not working. He quickly recharged the system and got the AC's working again so everyone could sleep comfortably. A real life saver. While he was working at my house he also took a look at a split AC unit at my in law's house, 2 houses away on the same block. He found a leak and made the repair. Simply helpful and honest! I’d have been happy to book a service call and see the problem fixed and they could quite easily have done that. But instead I was asked a few questions and they immediately diagnosed the problem which I could easily fix myself with their help over the phone. Job done at no cost. Least I can do it let everyone know how helpful they are with a review.
