Woke up to a sump pump problem in the basement one day, called Mike and he talked me through what to do for immediate steps, and then was over within 30 minutes to replace my old failed pump, put in a check valve, and make sure everything was all set. He's professional, friendly, and did great work. He explained everything to me so I'd understand how it works and what to look out for in the future. I'd highly recommend him. I was so pleased that I'm also going to have him put in a backup pump for me as well.
