We had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Michael was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and really on his game. He returned phone calls in a timely manner and communicated throughout the entire process. The installation crew were well-mannered and did a superb job and even cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend Hvac Plus, from the moment I called Mike, for a free estimate, to his Dad Fred showing up a few hours later. He was very thorough with explaining what I would need, because our old unit was over 20 years old. He told us exactly, what they would have to do, from a new condenser, cooling coil, humidifier, and minor duct work. I actually felt like I learned something. Vinnie and a helper showed up right when they scheduled, 1000am appt. They both were professional, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how and when to change the filters, installed a new thermostat, and how to use it. By 330pm they were finished and we were enjoying the COOLNESS. I'm a Little Neck resident, and I Highly Recommend Hvac Plus, if anyone asks me about Central A/C or furnace problem, first thing out of my mouth will be Hvac Plus in Great Neck, here's the number, ask for Mike or Fred. 5 STARS ???? I was referred to HVAC by a friend. I called another companies and they were to busy at the time. I called HVAC, spoke with Michael and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He gave us a very competitive quote and we accepted. His team completed the installation of the ductless on the date that was promised. Vinny and the team were very courteous and professional.
