I called Chris and didn't get an answer at first. He called me back as soon as he was finishing up with another client. I had a few small issues with my kitchen faucet and he repaired it very quickly. After that, we went through the house and he gave me feedback on what to do with our upstairs bathroom, toilets, etc. at no additional charge. Chris was above and beyond great. He called us and walked us through how to fix our issue with an outside valve. He saved us a service call on a Sunday which I'm sure would have been more expensive. He explained thoroughly about what type of system we have and what we will need to do next year when we turn the system back on. I can't say enough thank you's. Our hot water heater broke in the evening and Chris came right over to make sure that the gas and water were turned off. He came back the next day and installed the new heater. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!
