Horrible customer service, and very unorganized. Not a company that deserves my business - I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that treats people better and is more knowledgeable. To reply to your comment below - again, attention to detail is not something you show customers - because if you read my review above I said you do not deserve my business - so you would not see me in your client records.
6 out of 10 new installs need service within the first week due to poor quality work
As a former employee I was approached by the VP to obtain competitors quotes on replacement units and in return would get a free replacement system. As soon as he got the quotes from the other 5 companies,he changed his mind. In my opinion and from personal experience Grasshopper was the most professional!
