Unbelievably rude and incompetent. Called in a hefty deposit for an oil tank replacement using my debit card and they neglected to actually record or process the transaction or take any further action. When I called three days later to find out why I hadn't seen or heard from them, the woman pretended she was not the one I had given the payment information to and knew nothing, said no one else was available etc. I also faxed them the contract they wanted and it would not go through (or they said it didn't). I requested that the owner or manager call me, which they did not. When I called yet again and spoke to the owner, far from getting a simple apology she told me "That didn't happen." Excuse me? Do not deal with these people, they do not care. They were also extremely unhelpful and even dismissive when I expressed concern days earlier about the leaking oil and asked what I should do in the meantime to ameliorate the situation. The person on the phone actually said "I don't know" and

The Erichsen family goes above and beyond in for their customers and community. I have known them for many years and are upstanding people! If I could give them ten stars I would!

Made an online order five days ahead of schedule and they confirmed online a delivery date of 15th. I called the day of the delivery to confirm and they said they could deliver the oil in 2 more days, after the snow storm!! Completely unreliable and they don't stick to the delivery date they commit to online. When dealing with something like heat during the winter, you need a reliable company that stands by their commitment date - and this company is NOT it! Now I'm left in the cold and needing to find an emergency service due to their complete lack of customer service. Plenty of competition in the market, look elsewhere!
