I normally don’t give reviews, but in this case I am making an exception! My water heater stopped working at the worst time I thought, Memorial Day weekend.. But they worked so fast, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and they were able to install the new tank the very next day on a Saturday! Jason was the installer, he was here on time, very professional and got the work done in a heart beat. I am extremely satisfied will definitely use them again. Service: Water heater installation
My first time experience was totally excellent. They were very professional, willing to answer all my questions, and also followed up after the job was done. All Day Plumbing cares about their customers and I felt totally taken care of their focus is indeed customer service and customer satisfaction. I was connected to All Day Plumbing & Heating via a service request I put in through Home Depot when our 100 gallon water heater stopped working because of a leak. I talked to their sales rep for a bit and we decided on a 75 gallon tank both based on the needs of the building, but also based on its availability (a 100 gallon tank would have taken a week to get!) Installation was great! and it included the removal of the old water heater. Unfortunately less than two months after the installation, it stopped providing hot water and the pilot would not light. When I called them I got no answer, but I got a text-back message that asked for more information. When I spoke to them the next day, I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer (Rheem) I ended up having to call my own plumber after troubleshooting with Rheem. It turned out that the problem was with the pilot assembly which had somehow burned out and was ultimately not providing gas to the burner. So I am disappointed. I wo
