John and his team were awesome! John came out and did an estimate the same day my furnace broke. He was at my house within hours. I didn’t expect that at all. When he showed up i was extremely happy. He was very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace and even managed to fix it temporarily until my new furnace could be installed. The install was within 3 days and the team was quick, efficient, and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone! He was very efficient and helpful with texts and calls throughout the whole process. Based on a recommendation and solid reviews, I called Vantage to review my heat system for repairs and an A/C installation. John spent an hour at my house and NEVER provided a quote nor returned a phone call since. Have left messages for months. Seemed like a nice, knowledgeable guy but total lack of professionalism and courtesy. UPDATE according to Facebook, they are now closed.
