My experience with Anthony was one of the very best repair experiences I’ve ever had. I reached out to Anthony in the early afternoon and he was at my house just a couple of hours later. On the phone, he diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable estimate, though stated that he needed to see the work in person before giving me an exact quote. He provided expert advice, while waking me through the specifics of the job. A lot of companies will perform unnecessary work or charge astronomical prices, but Ricci Plumbing and Heating is second to none in terms of quality work, reasonable prices, and expert advice. I had Anthony come at the beginning of October 2022 to do several plumbing jobs at my home. Anthony is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. From the moment he showed up he was the consummate professional - telling me what was wrong, how to repair it, and steps to take to avoid problems in the future. It is obvious once you meet him, that he is a people person and not interested in doing slap dash work to get to the next job - he makes you feel understood and important. I have used Anthony Ricci plumbing multiple times in emergencies. Not only do I get fast response but the fastest plumbing service I’ve ever used. Anthony is beyond professional, he always makes sure he uses drop cloths and covers his boots. He does a great job cleaning up and gives my two little dogs lots of pets. They love when visits.
