Was put in contact with them through our realtor. Extremely happy with the service throughout the process. When Ryan came to start the estimate, he walked through the entire house and explained exactly how he would accomplish the project. We had the estimate the next day. When we had to reschedule the work, he was understanding and open to a new date. He was great at explaining what would be needed and why and also when we had a few small things to add, he was fantastic with working with us to accomplish our needs. Prior to completing the job, we had another light go out in the basement and he gladly took a look at it. At first he planned to replace the fixture due to the thought that the part needed would cost about the same as a new fixture, but when he returned with the parts, he informed me the part needed was much cheaper than anticipated and bought that instead, saving us money in the process. The crew he brought with him were all very professional and respectful of the property.
