We had a wonderful experience with Charles during the installation of our new AC system and furnace. The installation technicians Jim and Jason were highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner, and even cleaned up after themselves. The installation process was smooth, and they paid great attention to detail. The team was also friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend Charles!

John and Jason installed our beautiful new furnace and air conditioner unit on 9/07/2023. They were on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly with a sense of humor! I am so very happy I went with Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical. This company is a top notch, professional company and makes you feel super comfortable during the whole process starting with the salesperson who was Mike Charles. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner for my central air in my home so I called and set up an appointment. I didn't have to wait long. The owner, Mike came over and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me. He answered all my questions and I thought he was going to give me a really high quote for all that was going to be done. To my surprise the quote was very reasonable and it surprised me. The day of the install the installers Jeremy and Jason made the entire process easy and comfortable. They were respectful of me and my home and couldn't have been nicer. They answered all of my questions at every step of the way and they even gave me choices of where I wanted things to go down to what kind of thermostat I wanted. Two
