Absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Rose when I first called to explain sump pump repair/replacement needed. She was wonderful with acknowledging what I needed at the moment. Her response that she would have a plumber come to my home today and repair/replace sump pump was what I was asking. Timing worked out well and I had service arrive in the afternoon. Jim, the service tech responding, was exactly what I expected —- he explained what the problem was that he saw and answered the questions I asked. Excellent representative of Peterson. Absolutely wowed by this company. Our basement in our 120-year-old home flooded due to a sump pump issue. The water soaked our water heater and it needed to be replaced as it could not be repaired. We called many local places and they wanted $99-$139 just to tell me it needed to be replaced. I emailed Peterson Plumbing at 8:10am, received a call back by 8:30am and the installation team arrived by 9:15am! They were courteous and quick. All was said and done by 10:30am and 45 minutes later, we had hot water again. The price was so incredibly reasonable for the tank we purchased, and I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again if anything goes wrong. Thank you, thank you!
