We had a leak around our boiler and since we couldn’t get someone immediately we asked to have one of the service folks call us. Andy actually showed up and identified the problem very quickly! Eased our minds until Fernando was able to come by to replace the expansion tank! We love these folks…… professional, knowledgeable, polite!
Needed A/C service. Scheduling the appointment with the office was easy. Chris showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, identified the problem quickly, had the necessary parts on the truck, fixed it. Done. Charge was very reasonable. Chris was very personable. I think we found our new go to HVAC company.
Just had Standard upgrade my insulation from R19 to R49. We encountered an unexpected problem with a leaky air handler duct that was installed years ago by someone else, and they went the extra mile to repair it, even though it was a Friday afternoon. They sent two additional guys to assist, Tim and Paul, who had to make a run to Lowe's to get PVC cement and caulk. Highly recommended because they wouldn't leave until the job was absolutely finished, even though it went well beyond installing the insulation.
