My first time experience. Excellent lumber quality! Most staff are friendly. That being said, I was treated fairly rudely by a staff member because I was stuck in the lumber yard beyond closing time. I try to be courteous and be out and loaded before closing time but nobody was available to help me locate and load my lumber. On my way out, the gate attendant cussed me out under his breath after asking if I could get a flag attached. I was nothing but kind and tried to let him know I was appreciative of his work, but I was still given the silent treatment. That kind of left me a bit disappointed.

Very helpful staff! I walked in needing some epoxy and picked up other items. Good prices and the staff helped me lift heavy items to my car.

Very good customer service. I was helped with a tedious search for fasteners even though it was very close to closing time. I found just what I needed.
