Michael showed up promptly and diagnosed my furnace issue like a pro. He got the heat back on quickly and came back the next day after expediting a new circuit board for the repair. His rates are very reasonable. He even worked late at night to get us heat. Michael is very qualified and honest unlike many of his competitors who will just try to sell you a new furnace without performing a diagnosis. Choose your repair company wisely! Michael did an excellent job for my new colonial house that required a full installation (4 zones, 2 Trane HVACs); he was detailed oriented and sent out the engineering plans for review to ensure that he was placing an efficient system.
