The day after I phoned,NYC Plumber Services arrived to locate and stop a water leak coming from a pipe feeding into our slab. The leak was stopped in a matter of minutes. Although it was just temporary, they suggested rerouting the line through our attic, and once we agreed, they came back the next day and performed just that. They estimated the cost, let us know when they would return the next day, and told us precisely where they would need to cut the wall to reroute the pipe.Their personnel was outstanding and professional, and they kept me updated at every stage of the repair process. They were accurate with every aspect of the work. I could go on and on, but to cut a long tale short, based on my initial experience, I heartily suggest this organization!

We wanted the dishwasher installed and a gas connection fixed in order to install other new appliances, including a stove. Jeffrey came out and completed everything for us. Before he left, he went above and beyond to ensure that everything was functional. Jeffrey has already serviced our home twice, and each time he is outstanding! Because he already knew us and our house, we were thrilled that he could visit us once more to address this new problem. All of the work that needed to be done was communicated in a straightforward, polite, and professional manner. He cleaned the work area and got the water flowing in my house once more.
