The most unprofessional company who never take accountability for their mistakes because they probably make a lot. My building board sent out a mandate stating that we had to replace heating coils in our unit. I made several attempts to reach this company for an appointment. They no-showed on two appointments. I spoke to one person, who offered me a 15% discount and they never honored it, and also raised the price. One time I thought I had an issue with my HVAC unit and it turns out my balcony furniture was blocking the vent. Their tech tried to charge me over $3000 and claimed that it was a bigger issue than it really was. Since my building offered a negotiated rate I decided to give them a one more chance. I was hesitant at first but was in a rush to make a decision. Big mistake. I never had an issue with my unit over 23 years of living there and now my unit does not work at all. They are trying to blame this on me claiming the unit is old and trying to twist my words around. I never

These guys wanted to charge me 10k to replace a HVAC unit I have in my studio downtown NYC. Tech came out and was super great, very helpful and informative. Told me my ‘shelf’ the box that hold the unit was fine and didn’t need replacing. Originally was quoted 3k, continent upon site review. I requested a unit with wifi capabilities. However after going back and forth a few times, never speaking to an engineer, I was left to deal with a sales guy. Who really was unhelpful and rather off putting. By the end of our convo it was rather hostile and rude. I never got specs on what the 10k would cover other than saying my shelf needed to be replaced. Totally unprofessional on the sales guys part.
