The most unprofessional and disorganized organization I've ever interacted with. I booked handymen services through this company and not only did they ghost me, but they cancelled my appointment which I found out before 10 minutes before my actual appointment because I called them multiple times the day of and asked if they were still planning on coming. They said they cancelled and would call me back and see if they could schedule another technician to come - never did. This was extremely inconveniencing as I planned my schedule and coordinated with my building for this. So unprofessional. There are PLENTY of handyman services in NYC - you would be MUCH better off booking literally anywhere else. Never recommending this experience to anyone I know. Service: TV mounting

Friendly, easy going, and a professional. The handyman is very responsive and respectful! He’s so versatile and knowledgeable and knows how to get the work done! Highly recommend!

Can I give zero stars? The service provided is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m very disappointed, no one should work with this company. My building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and I called them at least 20 times over 5 days to get this sent and it never happened. They just passed me off from one rep to another and ultimately just cancelled the service 10 minutes before without even telling me. Not only did I waste countless hours of my time trying to get them to figure out their stuff, but communication was horrible. At least 4 people said they would solve the problem for me and it never happened. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend that anyone use this handyman service. Service: TV mounting
