Vlad is THE jack of all trades professional handyman. I moved into a new apartment, and there were a lot of miscellaneous repairs and updates that I wanted to take care of. Over a few weeks, Vlad diligently ticked off everything on my to-do list. 1. Swapped out the ceiling fans for new light fixtures and recommended different light bulbs to improve the ambiance 2. Repaired the antique doorknobs that had fallen off 3. Removed pots and pans wall mount, stripped the wall, removed the wainscoting, and installed custom floating shelves 4. Patched holes in the wall and sanded down the existing bumps 5. Taught me how to paint my living room myself and how to clean paint if it got on appliances or the floor. I have a 1940s dining room table with drop down leaves. The legs were starting to separate from the base making the table wobbly and insecure. Several craftsman told me it’s not worth fixing because it’s too old and the legs are too hard to secure. Vlad was able to stabilize and support the table legs within a half hour. Now the table legs are strong and secure and the table functions again as it was meant to function. Vlad is the best! Highly recommended for whatever work that needs to be done.
