Handyman Same Day Harlem

We’ve worked with Handyman Same Day Harlem before regarding a clogged gutter. A storm hit the area recently and I am amazed when they contacted and reminded us to check our gutters for convenience and to prevent bigger dilemmas if left untended. I believe that they do value their customers. Keep it up!

The service call went very well. The gentleman was here on time, was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident that he could take care of my problem. He gave me a couple of options and was not at all pushy in either direction. The shower looks great. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called Simon because that’s what the secretary told me to do. She said he’ll call you back in 15 mins Simon takes an hour to call me back then he sends his two Brazilian guys augustin and alix who were very unprofessional. The guys asked me not to use credit card because Simon takes it al for his kids and that they need me to Zelle or Venmo them. I said no problem, but wait and when I leave my room they are installing the plywood and metal sheet that was covering an open hole behind a dishwasher.‘I told them my home was mice infested and that their repairs would really help me because I’ve done the wall behind the oven and fridge with another handyman from task rabbit that did a phenomenal job. They bought the metal sheet and asked for my measurements and everything to seal the walls behind the washer/dryer and dishwasher.
