Wow. I thought I was the only one. They took my deposit and never showed for work. Guy kept calling from different numbers saying he was 5 minutes away and never showed. They asked to take a piece of my furniture with them too but luckily I thought that was weird and I refused. So at least my furniture is still intact. Whatever you do, hire somebody, anybody else for your repairs. These guys are a disgrace to Harlem.
The service call went very well. The gentleman was here on time, was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident that he could take care of my problem. He gave me a couple of options and was not at all pushy in either direction. The shower looks great. I would not hesitate to call them again.
We called this company for assistance with some minor repairs inside the house including a roof leakage. I really like how responsive they are and arriving on time was definitely a huge plus giving the fact that my schedule is very busy. I highly recommend this company!
