We had a new heat pump and gas furnace installed by Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. Their estimator was helpful but not pushy. Their offer was slightly lower than the others we received. The installation crew arrived on time, was pleasant, and worked quickly. I was impressed by how the installation crew's senior member went out of his way to teach the junior members. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. was sent to my home by my home warranty company. Henry was very accommodating and showed up on time and was a pleasure to talk with. Though dealing with Home Warranty for an AC is not fun and takes time, they really did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend their service.

They were quick to service my needs with the furnace. They came out the next day from my initial call and gave me an acceptable 2nd opinion from another company that came earlier that week. I was also able to get a price quote for parts and service later that same day. I was also able to meet with a sales person within a day or two of calling. All in all I had great service from office staff, technicians and sales reps. Everyone was fast to service. Thanks.
