I previously used another company that I wasn’t happy with for many years and they weren’t able to pin point my AC issue. As soon as Jeff walked in the door, he knew where the issue was. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain it to me while providing multiple solutions. Their prices are very competitive as well. I am a customer for life and have already started passing the word to my friends and family, to ask for Jeff specifically!
We had a new heat pump and gas furnace installed by Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. Their estimator was helpful but not pushy. Their offer was slightly lower than the others we received. The installation crew arrived on time, was pleasant, and worked quickly. I was impressed by how the installation crew's senior member went out of his way to teach the junior members. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
