Excellent technician! Crimson was knowledgeable and knew how to complete the task at hand. In the past, I've used another company for my plumbing, but they were unable to unclog the drain despite sending four technicians and providing me with three different solutions and estimates that were three times the price of New York Plumbing. Crimson also informed me of plumbing issues in the subterranean space that could become a future concern. Another company has visited my crawl space six times in the past year but has never mentioned these issues. I will utilize New York Plumbing for all future plumbing requirements..
